1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit karinoclosets.com, request an estimate or consultation, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, and how we use and protect it. By using the site you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, city or neighborhood, project details, and any photos or measurements you send us through the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Information collected automatically: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. We do not see your name or exact address from analytics.
- Estimator inputs: the sizes, materials and options you enter in the instant estimator stay in your browser and are not sent to us unless you submit the contact form.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your request, schedule a free in-home design visit and prepare your quote.
- To communicate about your project, including scheduling, drawings, contracts and invoices.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics, only with your consent).
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising lists.
4. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms: our website host (Netlify), our form-delivery service (FormSubmit), Google (Analytics, Maps, Fonts) and WhatsApp/Meta if you message us there. We may also share information when required by law.
5. Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary ones remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are set only if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice; you can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. 6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 3 years so we can follow up on your project. Customer records tied to a contract are kept for 7 years for accounting and warranty purposes. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing diegol@llcarpentryandtrim.com or calling (407) 733-4109. Florida residents may have additional rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights; we will honor valid requests within 45 days.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to serve you.
9. Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the home page.
